Legal battles 
TC`s succesful fight against major german privat broadcasters: 
Finally TC was victorious over major german TV-Stations like RTL; VOX or SAT1. But for more than 2 years TC was kept away from market! Now highest legal courts decided, that commercial TV-breaks can be suppressed by TeleFairy. RTL has now to pay all damages of wrong temporary injunctions.

Volatility

Please note that our shares are traded at extremely low volumes. 90% of the trading days rates are an estimated price (T = Tax addition), as only very few pieces are freely available and the remaining "market participants" are heading the course. Therefore, the TC share is extremely volatile.

The two founders (Bauersachs / Ciburski) together hold around +50% of the shares.​
